Just my 2p worth:
A few years ago I used to play an online multiplayer game called “battle pirates” run by a dumbass company called Kixeye, my account was banned for “cheating” but they NEVER supplied any proof and they said they couldnt/wouldnt, even though I never used any cheats on the dam game, I was banned because they “said so”
I spent around a grand on the game, bought gold etc, I lost it all, gone without so much of an effort by the company to refund ANYTHING, they said because I broke their “terms and conditions” I forfeited anything I put in, my solicitor was involved and my account was reinstated albeit zero level (reset) with 1/4 of the gold I had actually perchased, I lost every competiton ship/weapon I had legitimately won, after 6 months, I was banned again, same bullshit, solicitor involved again, but this time he said they could do nothing, I would have to pursue the matter in a European court and foot all costs, I was told just to forget it as the costs would outweigh the money I “might” get back.
These companies just make shit up as they go along, adjusting their T&C’s as they go, you cant win, so just play their game if you want to, if you cheat you get banned and you wont have a leg to stand on.

1- why the connection to the client game is very long since some week
2- why wg use script loader

I agree with scummbagg , I played need for speed world before they closed down , and was also banned , they said I cheated , I did not ! , but also could not supply proof. my acc stayed banned even after I sent over 20 tickets , until they eventually shut down. This was the same business model as WG , NFSW lasted 5 years.
My position on WOT is play only for fun , spend little to no money on the game.
BECAUSE TOMORROW YOUR ACCOUNT COULD BE BANNED , FOR NO REASON , OR . . .
WG WILL CLOSE DOWN (just like all the other free to play games that have come before it )
AND YOU WILL STILL LOOSE EVERYTHING.
I will spend money , more money , if , and only if , i know I will be treated fairly (in disputes) , and If I know WG is a stable company (lets see some financial statements).

i posted this letter to show others how stupid this all is , i am perma banned but can have my tanks and gold back to use on another account , so the account is banned but not the player ?
i also use my ingame name here as i have nothing to hide , some may think its stupid but i consider it as being open and honest.
for the record , i dont want my reroll account i want my money back i would prefer that
by accepting the reroll i am accepting their ruling and i am not being found guilty for using a mod that is not on any official list of banned mods and even no proof of me using such mods ?
play the long game here…………………………i have nothing to loose where someone somewhere will take them to the cleaners over the way they have done things
side note
i may be guilty of using certain mods , but consider this i used to use auto fire extinguisher i admit to that BUT and this is a big but i triggered the extinguisher by a key press it was not automatic , it was scripted but repairs and fires were pre assigned to keys ? this may be flagged as a auto script but in reality it is not, after going into ingame settings i have now got nearly the same setup using “r” key for repair and spacebar for fire.

it doesn’t matter what you put on a external forum , or what name you use , its PROOF that you want from WG of what happened in game.
send a new ticket every 24 hours , DEMANDING PROOF.
in their letter to you they said you used a botting program “As this is your first permanent suspension for using a botting program, we can offer you an account “wipe”
no mention of mods , etc …so when ? where ?, how many games , what tanks , etc …
its absolutely bullshit that they can just wipe a account without providing details for what you have allegedly done wrong.
