Again you miss the point. If you are logged into windows, any app you run will have access to any of the encrypted files.

Nope. If you encrypt files under windows account1 and then switch to account2, you will see these encrypted files in green and you will get access denied error when you try to open them. So content of these files is only accessible for those who encrypted them and have key in certificate. Of course anything which is running under your account, even something runned from another account will have access to these files.

As i said if you log into windows, that implies your are loged into windows with the account that encrypted the files. As I have also said the encryption is tied to your userid. Not sure what your point is.
Bottom line is encrypting files does nothing from stopping WG from detecting mods.
Damn… so many info experts and no one have a clue on how to cheat properly without being caught in WoT !!! Stop discussing and start working guys !!!
well its a few months down the line since my ban and i have not since spent one penny on wargaming , in fact i spent the money on my pc instead
i will not be the only one that decided not to spend any more money at all , how long this game keeps dictating to its clients we will see
I agree with Soulza, not even a penny to wg after the bans. This is our shield to their ego.

AW failed because soviets wanted money milking WoT clone and that was not something that wanted Obsidian. So soviets got half-baked WoT clone and Obsidian got walking papers.

AW failed because they kept fcking around with the vehicles EG “NERFED ARTY” then said they were going to remove it. TAKE NOTE WG.

LOL to what they say. They flag you by reports or by over-performing. HOF FRG seems to be a trigger. (WG thinks over-performing = cheating. Go figure that logic out).
Then their team of highly skilled anti-cheater police carefully reviews the claims and makes a decision.
