so i sent a ticket to WG against my ban asking for my monies back , here is the reply i got back,

Please refund all monies i have spent on the game and i will accept your ruling.
everyone is entitled to fair play, the way you are conducting yourselves is illegal , you cant find a person guilty of anything without proving his guilt ?
I demand two things,
1 . all monies returned to my paypal account asap , thats everything i have spent on the game as i spent said money for a long term investment in gameplay.
2. proof of what i am accused of , its your right to ban people without reason but to be accused of cheating without proof is not your right.
i suspect you will get many tickets like this one , this will not be the last and only one of the people writing them needs to take you to court to win .
please return all monies and i will go elsewhere for gameplay.

As this is your first permanent suspension for using a botting program, we can offer you an account “wipe” This entails that your account will be restarted from the beginning and you will lose any experience, history, stats, and non-premium tanks. You will NOT lose any of your Gold, Premium Time, or premium tanks. Your account cannot be unlocked otherwise. If you wish to proceed with the account wipe, please reply to this message with a confirmation.

and my reply to this is :-

i would prefer my money back please ALL MONIES EVER spent on the account i invested in the game for my enjoyment , please credit my paypal account with,

all monies ever spent on gold
all monies spent on prem time
all monies spent on prem tanks
all monies spent on gold equipment
all monies spent on gold consumables

banning my account and finding me guilty without any proof being offered so i can defend myself may be law in the russian maffia but not in the USA or the EU. it stinks.
I am not the first and will not be the last person to argue this point , calling a person a cheat is just that ,its name calling without proof or saying what (i use the word crime here lightly) crime has been broken, show the proof of breaking the rules and i will accept this , days dates mods used etc.
your taking large amounts of monies off many people ,they/I deserve to be treated as paying customers.

I use advance system care this blocking correspondence. I did all the files to be read-only and I installed the game again. I sent messages to WG to tell me what models are permitted. No clear answer me and tell me to read the policy F&P. For all this I concluded that the guys delete players by chance there is no system to detect my mods. They do not have to delete players who belong to Clans, supported by WG….

will keep everyone informed of this as it seems i had a non robotic reply , it is interesting that they know they cant ban you as a person if you have bought prem tanks or gold and they realise there could be court cases if they did?

but this will cause a problem or multi problems, with both accounts banned i have been playing on my nine year old grandsons account , i only ever let him play tier ones and he has had say 100 games,  within two days i have been seal clubbing of the highest order , now i am not the only reroll in these battles its clear that quite a few good players are starting fresh accounts up ,there is a massive advantage more than any mod can give to these type of players and a massive unfair advantage to new players, we all know where to go on maps and how to read your minimap is 90% of the game , one game last night i was in a fight with two tanks got a lot of damage done to me down to 10% , instead of staying where i was i relocated to more of a better place to long range snipe , and managed to kill four more tanks , not because i am a great player but because i have played the maps thousands of times and know where to drop back/advance to and what to take on and what to avoid.

now imagine they are letting banned players start new accounts up and keeping all prem tanks and gold , no need to grind through shit tank lines as i already know what tanks i want and like so can just grind to them.

no need to spend any more money on the game at all you can just credit farm for a few days to finance your account for months. and to be honest once you have had your fill of higher tiers you quickly work out its the mid tiers that are the best to play at and you can be most effective , platoon three T29s together and get a massive winrate its not rocket science.

point to note is how you become dependant on aimbot and auto repair , it is taking a lot of getting used to again but starting to rack up wn8 and kills

For several months I don’t use mod cheat. I’m a user tundra for some FFA games and then I remove it for all the other games (Bastion, CW …)
I think that i reduce the risk of being banned.

I recently found out during Christmas Holiday that my 12 yr old nephew has a WoT account on the EU server. He lives in Herefordshire. I watched him play and he just went around an shot anyone. Told him about being BLUE. Anyway I took his MS-1 for a drive in Himmelsdorf and seal clubbed like crazy. Took out 75% of the other team. Gave him a really good WN8 and kill ratio that night.

NICE sealclubbing like crazy!!!  it is really strange that they just want you to re-roll is you are perma banned, but what if you get caught AGAIN on your re-roll?

just another re-roll again with prem/gold you have? that does not sounds that bad i always wanted to reroll but never have the money to buy my premium tanks and gold again

You only get one perma ban, the next one is permanent.
