My best guess.. they use sheriff accounts.. so they basically play in the game and after the battle they watch their own replays with special fucntions to see all players from the very start of the battle and see their gameplay (ofc their replays are different from us in many regards). hence the randomness…

Keep it low profile, dont ping the map too often, dont use the mod that send chat when spotted, just dont bring attention to your account when in battle.

In battle.. if you know something your allies dont.. keep it for yourself..

Me and my team have been working on several accounts in these period of random ban wave. and yes none of my clients got banned (god forbid) or warned or removed from top tanker event… they are all safe and sound.. obviously the quieter we are the safer we are.. dont brag around in battle..

 

This can be proven by trying to check for stats of all players in the battle. Those sheriff accounts should have somewhat normal names, but their stats are unavailable for viewing. (not a reliable way though)

Im not playing at the moment, playing COH, whats the point when over half the userbase are still using the mods i got banned for, all or nothing on Mods!

 

Not sure on other servers, but it’s neither legal nor illegal in SEA server atm (they are still thinking about that). No ban for using that mod in SEA server.

I was using the most common mods and i was banned for 7 days. I have premium account and a few premium tanks, like Type 64, T34 and a few more. I’m not playing right now because i’m a little afraid of losing my account if i keep using mods,but i’m almost sure that most of mods users are still using it, only a small percentage of mods users have been banned… why ?

Auto update can be disabled via settings menu in game launcher. TT stands for Top Tanker, i.e. the Top Tanker mod that tells you about the top exp earnings for 5 continuous games. You won’t have it if you have never installed the mod.

You should delete WoT_informer.wgc, or WoT_report.wgc, or sth similar. The python.log should be cleared (or delete it, and name an empty text file to python.log) and set to read-only for all users using permission settings embedded to Windows.

You have to mention what mods you have in order to get further help on getting rid of infected, detectable mods.

My informer.log was not write-protected, but it only carries data from 1 start up, and that’s from 2 months ago. considering that I play every week, I don’t think this file is harmful

I wonder if Tundra mods that are independent to the client (i.e. starts as independent .exe, not script, so no need to start with game client at the same time) will get detected? It’s an external application, so it probably won’t appear in log files.
