Hi again guys,

To add to what I’d said earlier, whenever I was playing the game and came out to desktop I had Bitdefender reporting a threat blocked , cef_browser_process.exe and also blocking this yahoo money site , the both are linked . 

The game did a mini update about a week after this all started and the problem has gone now. I am no computer whiz but I think WG may have had some malware/spam / this problem  issue and they have since fixed it because all is fine now.

Just my opinion and could easily be barking up the wrong tree but the prob has gone.

I only use BW mods and Pf stats with game installed on brand new hard-drive.  

 

I spoke to bitdefender and sent them full dump file and some other stuff they asked for and the reply in reference to cef_browser follows. I was going to send the actual files but the problem went away.

I don’t know enough about this stuff to comment , I just know bitdefender spat one out and blocked it.

Probably came from a mod site that is not this one. 

 

I have the same file on mine Troll , it’s a new one from wargaming , ” World Of Tanks Chromium Embedded Browser ” and I know I could only get it from update.

I had bitdefender firewall block the same file and it has never happened before , as soon as I launched the updated game it caught it.
