i have exact same ping on all the servers on eu cluster i guess there is no reason to force my client in a chosen server or am i wrong i edited the registry of w7 with TcpackFrequency and Tcpnodelay and i gained extra 5ms
i flush my dns via cmd with this comand ipconfig /flushdns
works good for me
i suggest you create a restore point of your os before running tcp optimizer because it will write new keys in your reg
i liked previous one better than this
