But, also as i said, they will not accept it without a legal fight. It’s up to you to decide if that fight is worth it or if you have conditions of fighting it.

 

Read the terms for premiums, you are not buying a perpetual right to a tank, you are obtaining the right of usage that is at Wargaming’s will.  This is a common legal practice in software agreements and has been upheld all over the world.  If you get a perma band, you can elect to have your account reset (forfeit all non premium tanks, credits, stats) and you keep the right to use premium tanks.

Not seeing anyone lining up to spend million to sue.
