Because it is a heavy and your gun cannot pen it from the front so it defaults to center tank.
Don’t forget aiming time and RNG.
An aimbot is not a 100% hit chance because of the way the game is made.

Remember that settings are individual and your settings will probably not work for anyone else because PC specs and ping make a difference.
Try turning shadows off.

Clean the registry and reinstall BW.
