This has got nothing to do with being friends with admins. This has to do with the way I see dishonest people. I was waiting for you to say “I have/will contact paypal and get my money back”. 2. You will get the licence after PMing me the transaction details with Lucky so I know the amount.

3. Within 1 week you must prove to me that you have disputed the purchase with Lucky. (Don’t even TRY to fake this).

4. If no answer from Lucky, you must dispute the payment with Paypal AND report him for dishonest transactions.

5. When you get the money back you donate it to BW. You may NOT buy a licence for the money, it is a donation.

6. You will appologise to Mauzer (public or private) for what you said.

I will say it again. The correct way to go is get the money back from paypal. If you already have, why are we talking about this? If you haven’t, you can moan and complain about it, but contacting paypal will give better results. Legally LuckyStyle is the seller, NOT BlackWot. He sold you a product he had no right to do. That is fraud to you, and theft from BW.

You bought this product from LuckyStyle NOT BW. BW has no legal obligation to refund funds stolen from you as they were not legally part of the transaction.

I understand if you are upset. I even feel bad for you too. Only you can make this right (and LuckyStyle if he is man-enough).

BW is not a bank and the bank was an anology.

What I do know is this. Getting money back from paypal is easy. Soooooo….. you get the money back from paypal then you buy a new licence. Easy.

Here’s the kicker…… let’s say you already got the money back from them and are trying to get a new licence anyway, (as compensation for inconvenience, or just because you can). Not saying you are but how in the hell would BW know if you got the money back? If you think they can….. you are wrong.

Lucky stole the money, he is a theiving scumbag. Potentially you are aiding him in theft. Wanna prove you didn’t know, or where part of that? That’s absurd to even ask you to do that.

Because getting money back is part of the built-in service Paypal has for situations like that, that is the correct way to go. The reason for this is to protect customers like you. Waving pitchforks and torches on a forum is not. If Lucky had done this to me I would have already got the money back by now (yes, I’ve done it before because of internet theives). At no point has anyone said in this thread “I will talk to paypal and try”. I suspect it is already done, or someone is trying to get a refund here first, (or as well).

Getting the money back from paypal is the correct thing to do. Report him for theft too. Why am I getting the feeling you don’t want to? That’s strange. I would have done it the same day, but that’s just me.

I understand and respect your view. I reacted the way I did because I really feel sorry for Mauzer. Lucky was a bad guy, pure and simple. Not really sure how Mauzer would know that beforehand or even guess every way anyone could abuse the system.

I still would not fall for anyone trying to get me to pay somewhere else. Yeah….. maybe that’s just me.

About the bank….. you really don’t agree? The bank takes all the measures it can to make it safe but if someone finds a way in anyway…… how is the bank the bad guy? Wow….. point fingers at the bank and let the robber run away.

Recovering stolen money from Paypal is (sorta) easy. It will give you more satisfaction than moaning and complaining about it.

I’m sorry if I seem harsh, but I hate theives and I don’t know if you realize, but the developers need to be paid for us to use the mods. Lucky Style put that money in his pocket and didn’t give it to the site. Who has to pay developers fees instead to keep the site running? (They get paid per user). Yeah, Mauzer does. The guy just got royally screwed and you posted the quote above.

I’m pretty sure the bans are connected to the event. That is why the results were late. They had to manually check all the winners. The more they flagged as cheaters the more replays they had to look at. I suppose it was a nightmare lol.

250 replays @ 10 minutes each is 40 hours of watching. Suppose 150 were cheating, that’s another 25 hours. Hahahahaha.

On the other hand…………….. 4055 people were banned and 666 were permabanned.

That’s 4721 bans. @ 10 minutes per battle that’s 787 hours watching ONLY the people who were banned. Think how many hours watching people who wer not cheating. Anyone think this is possible?

Wargaming says “Before punishing a player, our team will review the case to ensure the discipline is merited. We’re asking you to trust in their decisions”. This basicly means that competition winners are checked against their stats. If they overperform in competitions, they are checked and a wargaming employee says “He did too good. He’s a cheater”. 

There is a grey area here too. “Review the case to ensure the discipline is merited.”. That opens the door for “He’s cheating but leave him alone”. Just an interesting point though……. did anyone look at the stats of the Joe who won the PC? Holy moley….. if he won, how many “Good” players got banned lol.

Wargamings “Fair Play Policy” is a joke. You do not need to cheat to get banned.

However, an interesting question to those who come here and say “I wasn’t cheating and I got banned”.
