One question. Can someone explain why a customers details of purchase might not show up?
There is one guy there now that says he purchased unlimited and has 12 days left……… registered 2 days ago and is registered as a member, not a customer and has no purchase information. It LOOKS like a scammer when he has no purchase information.
Why does this happen? Is it because of the new store?
Yes, details of purchase are on the new store. You can always ask for a proof of payment.
My question was WHY does his account information not show up? Is he scamming? There should be SOME record of purchase unless it is another “LuckyStyle” account.
I can’t ask him for proof of purchase. I’m a moderator….. not my job. Just trying to understand.
Wow…. now he shows up as +BWmods when I originally posted it just showed him as +Member.
I’m happy I’m not an Admin 😂😂😂
