yep took this into account , the psu is at the bottom of the case behind the housing with the fan facing downwards through a vent with a magnetic dust cover to extract any heat there , there is also two intake fans at the front that suck cool air across the cable looms , because each wire is sheaved and held by spacers there is above normal venting being applied , there are sensors in the case that detect when it starts to heat up , when a pre set temp is reached or detected , the two top fans which are both coolermasters kick in and quickly suck out all the warm air , three fans are on always and are controlled by a front panel fan controller that was built into the case , however i have ordered a new fan controller that makes the three perm on case fans intelligent and will control how fast they need to spin to keep a pre set temp. the PSU cooler fan is also intelligent and throttles up or down when needed , temps even when playing tanks dont come even close to danger levels.

03.03.2017 at 09:28 #111942andreamoddingParticipantjust 1 question soulz? the leds in the case. do you keep them on when playing? don’t they mess up your eyesight?
03.03.2017 at 12:49 #111943soulzaParticipantthe two front fans have blue leds and are on all the time but are not bright , the two inteligent top fans are also blue LED but only on when they need to be and light is minimal ,
there is also a blue LED strip running along of the inside top of the case that is producing the most light and atm this is always on
I say at the moment because i am waiting on a fan control unit coming in the post , once i have this installed i can add the led strip to the fan controller and be able to turn up ,turn down with the touch screen controler, the case has a built in fan controller but its low medium or high , by adding the new unit itto one of the front drive bays i can control the fans and the lighting at a touvh of a button.
edit , also they are not as bright in real life

05.03.2017 at 01:34 #111945soulzaParticipantlooking forward to seeing them m8 ,i have a build to do for my grandsons bedroom this week , i have all components its just a case of selecting which ones work best together , i am going to use my old black case but am going to mod it with something like spiderman theme or the like, over the years we tend to pick up loads of items yet never quite get around to throwing the old stuff away
all he needs a pc for is home work , kodi and netflix , so it doesnt have to be drop jaw high tec or anything , but it does need to look good and seen as i have five red led fans doing nothing it has to be black and red themed. will post pictures later.
EDIT while looking through my old pc parts this week i found my old plantronics headset ,i stored them away once i got my current domes , also found my razer tarantular keyboard i used to use a life time ago all good stuff sat in a cup board , well my grandson will love em
05.03.2017 at 12:07 #111946SailorMemberGot to love hand-me-downs.

next step is perspects time
make a cover for that psu and then a backplate for the gpu , your psu cover you could really go overboard on as you also have the fans in the bottom that are lit up , a clever bit of design there could really make this build look ass tight13.03.2017 at 05:32 #111949kupjonesMemberi refuse to show mine — it isnt nearly as flashy, so I will bask in the blue light of yours
13.03.2017 at 06:09 #111950Jack The RipperParticipantWater cooling is a push / pull configuration, so 10 fans in all.
13.03.2017 at 07:44 #111951andreamoddingParticipantyou need a gaming theme carpet under that chair lol!
this is my setup
- cooler master cm690III
- 2x white led strips (never on)
- cooler master g700
- asus 797k
- intel core i7 4790
- thermal take silver arrow
- corsair vengaence low profile 16gb
- samsung 840 evo 250gb
- seagate barracuda 2tb
- amd radeon r9 390 8gb
- logitech g502

- hp z24i
- krk rokit 6
- m-audio mtrack
- superlux 668b + antlion modimic
- canon pixma mp230
- ikea shitty chair
my rig is not as tidy as yours.
i never cable mabage it because i take it completely apart to get rid of the dust and to keep all the the fan axles lubed every month or so.
13.03.2017 at 08:01 #111952Jack The RipperParticipantGaming theme carpet LOL.
For a few years ago i had the same ATX Tower as yours, now my stepson got it.
I replaced it because it is not compatible with a 280 mm water cooler with push / pull.
