I just caught a clip from the TV of a go-cart adorned in the style of “The Mystery Machine” from Scooby Doo.
In another game I played there was an APC skinned as the Mystery Machine and for entertainment value on your own screen it was awesome.
Therefore my thoughts are that some of you guys may also have that knowledge of how to achieve this and I believe that the $10 donated from A_troll in a previous competition that I won should be given to anyone that can produce the craziest, silliest, laughable skin for any tank in the WOT series . Enter as many skins as you wish. The winner will be decided by a forum vote with 1 vote per person.
I feel that is a better way of offering my win back to our community or at the least, the silliest way to carry on my tradition of fooling around
ps: Timescale? As soon as we get a really silly one that is viable then a halt can be called to the competition but needs 3 people.

To be honest Lucky. I did think about this. I know we have a nick changer that works, but my tanks have clan logos on. I don’t think it removes them. Showing clan logos would make it REALLY easy to figure out who is who and what battle it was. (The clan logo is sorta well known lol).
The accounts I have without clan affiliation are low tier test accounts and sorta uninteresting gameplay. I am imagining a s**t storm by all the WG fanboys trying to figure out who is who. I know of the training clans who spend their time reporting suspected players and looking for specific players to report. (Yeah….. the spider network lol). Giving too much info for them to work on is perhaps dumb.
Don’t get me wrong…. I love the idea but I think it might hurt us more than it helps. A good video is good for sales here, but I fear it will stir up a hornets nest.

Would a picture of the skin and a black blob over the Clan logo not work? It was only a picture I was wanting and then worry about how to provide the skin.

Did an Austin powers Brit Crommie.. just finished the reskin in bout 4 hours.. no crazy insignia’s or anything yet
I tried to reskin the Rims for Jaguar Type E spokes.. couldn’t get it to work so standard rims :(..
But it WAS fun and if any of you want the skin.. I’ll be happy to upload.

Thinking bout taking the T28 HTC TD and doing a Thundercats Thundertank style skin on it just for Fun.
Option 2 is Taking the T71 DA and do a Southpark Eric Cartman skin theme.. after all, the tank is short and FAT Just like him LOL!
If any of ya think of some crazy but doable skin ideas, Let me know what Idea / Theme and Tank. Something that would resemble the tank body style, handling, etc..

HMMMM.. WIll have to look at some of the tanks and find one that might “Fit the Bill” so to speak for that LOL
now if someone knew how to remodel a tank to match him,, THAT would BE HILARIOUS!
