silhouette change?

There used to be a way of altering the silhouette’s in an xml file.Does anyone know if this is still possible and if so how?

there used to be a xml file that you can edit

if it is a .Wotmod file then you need to unpack it

then edit xml file, here is a site where you can check color

but it depend on what color base the xml file need
