lag or fps drops on eu 2

hey there.

i was playing advance and sh yesterday evening with my clan

we did tier x so when the fun part came . push, counter push, flank or go spot 

my game starts to flip

when i move from arcade to sniper view there is lag and when i shoot there is a bunch of lag in my shot as well

the game is glitchy and befaves funny.

is this just an eu2 issue or it can be solved?
