No not the Mod for female crews.

Guys, I won a couple of females in the Xmas/Newyear missions and thought I would give 3 of them a new tank. I re-bought the IS2 Heavy and here is where the fun begins.

In the barracks the girls are listed as being Russian with a Russian flag and Russian skills as driver etc in the IS2.

However the IS2 is now showing up as being Chinese on my tech tree and not Russian.

How can the IS2 be Russian but changed to Chinese with a Russian crew?

There are two IS2 out there, the “regular” IS2 is a chinese tier7 tank and the premium one is a russian tier7 tank.

Regular may be re-named if you say so but it is not clear on any of the tech tree.

WOT has daid that I have 3 Russian females alloctaed to a an IS2. My tech tree shows there is no such tank???

Why is that so difficult to understans especially with the screenshots supplied.

In this instance I have a crew that were allocated to a non existant tank. The screenshots clearly show that.

just to muddy it up a bit further…

there are 3 IS/IS2’s in the game…1st is russian t7 hvy(IS),next chinese t7 hvy(IS2) aaand theres a prem version which is russian…was part of a set of 3 (crommieB,rudy,IS2)….

i had both is2s a few years ago ,

side note why put the free women crew all in one tank ? i unlocked all of them and turned them all in to commanders as they already had BIA and used them for grinding tanks

I am sure I also had the IS2 a while back but that is by the by.

3 females into 1 tank as all my others tanks get upgraded using gold so I deliberately held onto an all female crew without a “friend” of our’s female skin pack.

Grinding??? Never ever for me. Just pay and get it over and done with.

Back on track. On my current Russian tech tree there is NOT an IS2 but there is a Chinese IS2.

Russia has IS, IS3, IS4, IS6, IS7 and another Is I just seen but not and IS2.

Now WG are adamant that I have an IS2 in my tech tree but I cannot find it. If it was a free tank or another tank from another time then have I not paid WG more than enough cash over all those years to simply say, “Oops we made a mistake by allowing a female crew to have the Russian IS2 allocated to them” when indeed all that remains is a Chinese IS2?

Is that too simple?

As it currently stands I have just spent around 1500 gold re-arranging the Chinese IS2 with a “Younger” Type59 medium crew and changed their tank and skills to meet the needs of the Chinese IS2. (I still have the original Type59 in that tank)

Not what I had in mind and now I have 3 spare females. (Well fuck me gently but I’ve thats 1 female more than my best ever )

BIA as you know needs all the crew to have BIA.

Why would placing 1 female in any tank make all the crew BIA? That just does not happen.

Therefore you would have wasted all your crew skills and would need to wait for the rest of your crew to play catch up.

Perhaps this is a point to take care on. I stupidly gave 2 of the females Commander slots before realising and had to change 1 of the. *slaps myself with a wet fish*

But it is not in my garage on the tech tree so why would WG allow any crew member to be won if a tank is not available for them?

This stinks of WG creating a wee back door, an area of gray, to mislead and deliberately make a player pay Gold for a misleading mistake on WG’s part.
