    Helloe ,

Id like to ask if some of you have expirience with playing on multiple Accounts? I want to open a second Account for testing stuff out and got a vpn too so far. Is it enough to turn on my vpn to Create the new Account and turn on the vpn when i play with that new account ? How can they recognize me just on the ip or do i have to change other stuff to? Is it possible to use the friend invite programm to invite my new account?

WG detects players using client IDs. Every game client has a unique ID number. Reinstalling the client will change the client ID or install several clients at different places on your PC. I run 6 different accounts on 3 clients. Although I use 2 accounts for each client I have never got flagged for multiple accounts. I have got 2 accounts banned for cheating and they were using the the same client. So…… if you are cheating on one account there is a reasonable possibility that the other account on that client might get looked at.

WG does not look at IPs anymore except in extreme cases because most players use dynamic IPs. WG does allow family members to use the same client. This is documented, so if you are flagged for multiple accounts send a ticket and lie. lol.

The refer a friend program is a problem if you want to use it. The bonuses are available if you platoon and that is hard to do with yourself. There are other bonuses you can get but you have to grind your “friend” to tier 10. If you want to get a friend bonus, ask someone you know who can play with you.

In short. VPNs will make no difference as the IP you download the client on makes no difference. People on the same network can play as much as they want. Using the same client MIGHT get you flagged but I don’t know of anyone getting banned for just that.

    I gotta ask.

So if several people play on the same PC WoT, they will get flagged ?

WG really has to work on this strategy. What if I have 3 kids and we all play WoT ? (WG logic: do not have children playing our game :) )

    Yes.

No need to hide it. A seperate installation will give that client a unique client ID.

Yes. They might get flagged. If one is cheating and they are all using the same client the others will get looked at.

We all know that WG does not need a reason to ban anyone. They can ban you because they think you DESERVE a ban. If you are using many accounts on the same client you might get banned just for that……. because they can. It’s not fair but they need no proof and will not give you any. To be fair, the community offices do not even get data as to why you are banned. They just get a list from Minsk. “Ban these players”.

If every player who got banned filed a police report for theft, sooner or later one of them will get investigated and WG will have to provide proof. Trying to sue does not work unless you have lots of money. Police reports do.
