I am working on a visual modification project designed to show your own vehicle from a different angle — from the direction where an enemy may be observing you.
This is not another overlay full of numbers.
This is not gameplay automation.
This is not meant to replace player decisions.
The idea is focused on one simple question:
How much of your vehicle are you really exposing to the enemy?
GHOST is being developed to help evaluate:
-
hull exposure,
-
turret exposure,
-
vehicle angle relative to the observer,
-
terrain influence on visibility,
-
cover and obstacles,
-
situations where a position looks safe from your camera, but may not be safe from the enemy’s view.
The standard camera can often create a false sense of security.
From your own perspective, the tank may look hidden, properly angled, and protected.
From the opposite side, the situation can look completely different.
That is why GHOST aims to add a lightweight technical preview panel showing a simplified view from the enemy-side direction. The goal is to help the player better understand exposure, positioning, terrain, and vehicle silhouette.
The project is currently in active development and testing.
Main priorities:
1. low FPS cost,
2. clear visual feedback,
3. stable behavior,
4. no unnecessary game performance load,
5. real tactical usefulness.
This is not meant to be a flashy gadget.
It is meant to be a practical tool for understanding positioning, exposure, angling, and terrain interaction.
GHOST — see yourself through the enemy’s eyes.
Coming soon.
