Soulza at one time you had a piece on how to make contours, Has it changed much? I have my old contours but for the life of me I can’t remember how to upload them to the tank icon maker.
making the contours has not changed for non xvm setups , this consists of one set of contours that sit in the gui/maps/icons/vehicles/contours ,
straight forward with tank icon maker , you save one set of icons for both teams , hopefully when you created your icon sets you saved a config file along with the icons ? if so its a simple import of the config file , iconmaker will then load in your icon design and also pick up any new tanks added to the game , tweak and save out not forgetting to save the config file again via the export button.
it has changed however if you use xvm and want to display two sets of icons , one for each team.

that is because iconmaker is looking for an image you used in the config that has either been moved or is no longer present , for instance if you used a coin icon to show prem tanks , the path is set in the config file .
you can re assign the path though if you still have the icons ,backgrounds are the same.
Full Disclosure — I was going to ask if anyone knew why Tank Icon Creator could not build the Churchill III icon. Then I decided to read the translated Russian website and then parse apart the config spreadsheets. IMO — neat tool, really CRAPPY documentation.
Got my icon, and according to TIM there is some medium that is missing — so I went looking and its the Matilda IV. So, if you want these tank icons to show up, put the file below into the folder “../TankIconMaker/Data” and re-run TIM!
