Long delay can be if new package update installing. It one time operation for each released update and then game starts as usual (with install mods)

I have working Autoaim SAE v29 with license, but this is only Autoaim. I plan to buy BW Mods { unlimited } 9.x.x (aka BW Mods by Polar Fox) because it contains some great mods.
1. Is there a discount to buy if I already have a license for Aimbot by SAE?
2. Does this mod have a built-in WT cache cleanup mechanism after the battle or/and python.log (or after the game exits)?
And how to prevent WG from being detected
