I have no idea how I messed up the audio but its possiblly from one of the voice over packs like Minions ( I know, but its fun). Ahhhh a thought has just struck me!! I have been watching You Tube and playing WOT on triple screens. I did notice something had changed recently with my game but couldnt place exactly what, other than the Audio. Having reinstalled the game obvously wiped clean any corrupt files and successfully cleaned out another issue I had with a single font messing up my game that is not in your pack.
Here is how I successfully regained my Audio file as it still didnt work after my reinstall.
A search revealed this and it worked:
If your running Windows Vista and up, you can also try this while running World of Tanks:

Press Alt+Tab if the game is in full screen to return to desktop.

Press winkey+R.

In Run command window, type sndvol.exe and press Enter.

Make sure all volume levels are at maximum and none of them are muted

Turns out that my WOT audio was at zero and now I have Keho working again as Soulza intended the pack to be.
