Art problem

Hi, Iam new with you guys, I have an problem, when I play ARTs I can see circle where missle will hit only while Iam reloading, when its fully reloaded I cannot see that circle made from many points which shows area when missle will hit. Where in settings I can switch it on as I cannot find it?
It sounds like settings in WoT for gunsights unless you have gunsight mods installed.
