First: WG wont imply spy-software on any client that checks for third-party-programs. Its simply illegal in EU and would completly ruin their company if someone find´s this out.
By definition in the EU, the mods are running as part of WoT and are non functional without WoT, so the game checking it’s own code is not spying by EU definition, as it falls under software integrity checks. Same way other companies check for hacked/pirated software.
Everybody says someone will sue, but it hasn’t happened and it won’t. If you have prem account or tanks , you can keep them and have teh account reset.
