One question. Can someone explain why a customers details of purchase might not show up?
There is one guy there now that says he purchased unlimited and has 12 days left……… registered 2 days ago and is registered as a member, not a customer and has no purchase information. It LOOKS like a scammer when he has no purchase information.
Why does this happen? Is it because of the new store?
