I defy anyone to claim that they had a 100% clean install of WOT and used only 1 BWot Mod to get banned.
15,000 games of WOT I had played with straight Vanilla before I was even introduced to the world of Modding as I believed stupidly that it could never happen. eg Big Head for those that easily recall that game in question. (I also played that game with only “Sponge Bob C4 skin”.)
Now that’s the difference with older players who try to play fair and that of the younger generation <30 years that have grown up with computing as a hobby. How easy it appears when viewing all the complaints from an older persons point of view to see that it is your own vanity for success in a world of pixels that you want to win and be seen as a victor. Yet there you are reading this from behind a keyboard in an invisible world where no one can see nor judge you and still you get beaten up by pixels and now you want to blame the guys that have created the Mods.
YOU!! yes YOU!!! chose to use the Mod even after you were told it could get you banned.
Then again there is the Modder that similar to a hacker will make a Mod to see how long it takes to see their creation getting banned. It’s a game for some Modders and a serious investment of $$$ for others. Which are you.
But either way it is up to you.
Play fair and with the normal game (believe me it is still lots of fun) or take a chance that you will get banned for more than using a Mod.
