Stop those wonderful “kill yourself” messages some people get as well.
Reading through the posts I wondered why I wasn’t receiving the same messages. I deliberately disabled PM’s from people I don’t know and as I personally, face to face, know the few on my friends list then that explains it all nice and clearly.
As DFM says, “Disable communication from people outside your friends list.” 
If not then suffer the PM’s.
