In your RUN bar at the bottom left of your normal screen type in
- %appdata%
- now you have a folder called roaming, left click it
- find folder Wargaming.net, left click it
- find folder WorldofTanks, left click it
- every file that says caches or cache can be deleted
That’s it. Now restart your game and the cache will be auto reinstalled and accumulated with each game you play. If you find you have any issues at a later date then just repeat as your folder can only store a finite amount of data.
