The World of Warships server will be unavailable from 05:00 to 07:00 (UTC) on July 21 due to the release of Update 0.9.6.1
List of changes:
- Fixed an issue which prevented players from making post-battle operations with all types of in-game items in the Port.
- Fixed an incorrectly stated research price for Hull (B) of
IX Riga. - Fixed an issue that caused
VI Weser bombs to sometimes deal excessive damage to 
V Kongō. - Balance changes have been made to the following test ships:
IX Paolo Emilio and 
X DD R-10.
