How to Clear SSL State in Windows:

Open Control Panel

Press Win + R, type
control, and hit Enter. - Click on Internet Options (or Internet Properties).

Go to the Content Tab
- In the Internet Properties window, switch to the Content tab.

Click “Clear SSL State”
- Under the Certificates section, click the “Clear SSL state” button.

Restart Your Application or Browser
- Close and reopen the program that was stuck on “Checking license, please wait.”
- If necessary, restart your computer.
Clearing the SSL state removes cached SSL certificates, which can resolve license-checking problems caused by expired or corrupted certificates.

I made the operation in the way that you said but continually the license disappears,what I do, is the same with the account of my son in the same pc

Changed Server and it worked.
I have the same problem …and when I change the server, the same problem occurs.
this has been going on for a few days now ..if there is no solution by the end of the week i will no longer use this modIch habe das Problem auch
