    Andy was the Officer in Charge of a FireFighting crew and the building fell upon his body.

    Sadly, the building fell upon him and he is now in a wheelchair and a para-plegic.

    Can you help him or advise as to where gain assistance?

    You ask for £10 a month but what about £1 as a donation to Andy?

    I donated Bob, even though this is a begging thread, because I am an ex-fireman with 20+ years service.

    If I can be candid, and blunt, I understand “good causes” but begging threads belong on facebook.

    (My feelings are personal and has nothing to do with the fact that the site you pointed to has not been updated since July 2017).

    Apologies if it upset anyone and it was not meant as a begging post.

    I was merely reflecting upon what shit that life brings us when I thought about that incident.

    It was meant to demonstrate that you never know whats around the corner of life and to try and live it as best as you can.

    Sorry again for the upset caused.

    As regards Facebook, I don’t use it. Looks like the Web Master of Andy’s site needs a hose up his ass before updating.

    More than you realize. What do firefighters do between fires? Play tanks. :D

    (Then again….. if WG tries to light fires on our forums…. they will get extinguished…. and very wet).

    I always thought they ate when not on a fire xD.  Retired myself after 25 on the thin blue line.

    Only takes time if you are on kitchen duty lol. I got 3 battles in while they were peeling potatoes.:D
