New PC

Hello, i bought the unlimited package back in september. I have a new PC as of last week and i have downloaded the ‘installer.exe’. When i log in to WoT garage, i get ‘wrong region’ error.
I have tried copying all the files from my old PC to my new 1 but still the same problem.
