when you reformat with win7 you need to have all your drivers handy especially your network card driver , you then have to install all the drivers , networking can be a pain with admin rights and work groups etc. wn10 just takes these away,

on install it will install all your drivers for you some may be generic but you are good to go after install , after using it a while i would not go back to wn7 i thought i would but was on my sons pc other day that has wn7 and it just didnt feel right any more.
