I found a fix. I was able to get the custom national insignias and MoEs to show correctly. Found this in the NA forums.

EU-players (not -servers) have the same problems as well, it is caused by outdated decal-mods. It can be solved by opening the dds-files with Paint.net (or any other dds-capable tool) and save it with ‘DXT5’ and ‘generate mipmap’.

My Crusader tank has 2 MoEs and it is not showing correctly (showing the yellow Problem?). So I don’t know if 2 and 3 MoEs will show correctly. I have only the 1 tank with more than 1 MoE.
