Armada: Ochakov
History
In World of Warships, Ochakov is the embodiment of the Soviet project of a small light cruiser that was developed in 1950. To be exact, one of the six possible variants of this project—MLK-8-152, which can be deciphered as having eight 152 mm guns. Utilizing a single hull design, Soviet ships designers envisioned ships with different artillery armament, for example, with nine 152 mm guns in three turrets or six twin turret mounts with 130 mm artillery.

- Eight 152 mm guns placed in four turrets. Her relatively small number of guns is compensated for by a short reload time for their caliber—just 6.1 seconds.

- Excellent concealment. With the appropriate upgrades and Commander skills, the cruiser’s detectability can be reduced to 9.1 km.
